Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide a comprehensive program of palliative care and hospice for children with life-limiting illnesses.

Purpose Statement

Through this program we endeavor to fulfill an urgent need for a centralized palliative care program that will serve the eligible child throughout the continuum of illness. All aspects of the child’s well-being and quality of life will be addressed, with culturally sensitive support made available to the family.

This program, available to all children regardless of race, religion, creed or economic status, will be a center of excellence in pediatric palliative and end-of-life care.

 

Vision Statement

All children with chronic and life-limiting illnesses, and their families, will be cared for, comforted and nurtured through the course of illness.
